Lessons & Workshops

If you're interested in having me come to your studio and teach a workshop please send me a message. I regularly do private flexibility & aerial lessons on the lyra, straps, trapeze & silks. I do workshops on "Creative Act Development", "Aerial Skill Advancement", and "Rhythmic Movement in the Air". Ground dance lessons are by special request.

I'm available for private lessons in person wherever I happen to be working at the moment, as well as over zoom.

I also do coaching with a limited number of people. Working with my clients to create long term training where we create goals, train on a regular schedule, and work with both where they are in their practice and whats possible for where they could be
