Bio

Hi, I am Shawn E Shawn. I was raised in the theatre where my dad was an actor and my mom a show producer. So the use of story telling through emotion, theatricality, and character has been a foundation of mine since I was young. I love pursuing and learning a lot of the different ways to create through the performing arts.

I am a circus athlete specializing in aerial performance on different apparatuses including the silks & hammock, dancer trapeze, straps, corde lisse, lyra, as well as the chinese pole and as a hand balancing artist. I also perform doing elaborate body paint costuming and creature suit work(check out my photos).

Trained in dance for years focusing on hip-hop and ballet, I also perform ballet on pointe shoes utilizing the same techniques both on the floor as in the air.
